Cookies Policy

The Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing the information on the User′s devices using cookies for services requested by the User and provided electronically by Holdity SIA, registered at Cieceres 46A, Liepaja, LV3407, Latvia.

The Cookie Policy applies to the cncmet.com website.

The terms used in the Cookie Policy have the following meaning:

Administrator – refers to Holdity SIA, registered at Cieceres 46A, Liepaja, LV3407, Latvia, Company Registration Number: 40203379409, VAT Number: LV40203379409, which provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information in the User′s devices.

Cookies – IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices, in order to store information used to identify the User or memorize the history of their actions in the Store.

Administrator′s Cookies – refers to cookies posted by the Administrator related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.

External Cookies – refers to cookies placed by the Administrator′s partners via the Website.

Website – a page where the Administrator runs a website that operates in the cncmet.com domain.

Device – an electronic device by means of which the User gains access to the pages of the Website.

User – an entity for which services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be made in accordance with the Regulations and the law.

1. What data do we collect and process

When you make a purchase or contact customer service, you provide us with your personal data. Providing personal data is mandatory when making a purchase, as you will not be able to purchase without this data.

We collect and store the following data:
– First name and last name of the customer
– telephone number
– E-mail address
– Address of delivery of products or services or/and residence

We process but do not store the following impersonal data:
– Cookies.

Private information is used only to ensure the full provision of services and to communicate with customers. Personal identity number is required by Section 7(9) of the Law on Accounting of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Types of Cookies used

The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User′s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to enter User Devices. b) With regard to the Internet domain from which they originate, we divide cookies into:

own – set by the web servers of our website,
third parties – set by web servers of websites other than our website.

In addition to cookies, we also use other similar technologies such as:
